Sonia 'Latinas Will Reach Better Conclusions Than White Guys' Sotomayor Troubled By 'Racial Remark' February 26, 2013

Obama (dis)appointee to the Supreme Court of the United States and race-obsessed jurist Sonia Sotomayor apparently thinks that acting like a hypocrite doesn't matter because she's appointed for life.

So she gave us this bit of comic relief:

Sonia Sotomayor, the Supreme Court's first Latina justice, slammed a Texas prosecutor Monday for citing race as grounds for convicting a defendant of a drug deal, saying the government attorney had tried to "substitute racial stereotype for evidence and racial prejudice for reason."

She filed a rare statement commenting on the court's refusal to hear an appeal, not to dissent from the decision but to "dispel any doubt" that the action "should be understood to signal our tolerance of a federal prosecutor's racially charged remark. It should not."

So Judge Sonia Sotomayor is upset over a "racially charged remark".

This is the same Sonia Sotomayor who made the following statement: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life."

That statement was okay, though, because she was prejudiced and bigoted against the "right" (i.e., white) race.
