Writing for The Daily Telegraph, Jenny McCartney notes the following:

This is what happens when we allow liberals to run amok. This is what passes for sound public policy from the social left. We get to the point where calling someone "black" is worse than calling someone a "f--king c--t".

Ah yes, we can hear the cries from our friends at The Daily Kos already. "He was clearly using a racial pejorative within the context of that name-calling." To which we reply: Who cares? Is calling someone a "f--king c--t" a compliment in the UK?

Oh, yeah. One more observation: The player was black. Just sayin'.
