Snapshot: Biden Speaks Before A Crowd Of 660 In NC Right After Ryan Spoke Before 15,000 in NC August 13, 2012
Well, here's an item that probably won't get reported by Rachel Maddow tonight.
Vice President Joe Biden spoke before a crowd of 660 strong in North Carolina today.
This is following a weekend in which newly-named GOP Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan spoke before 15,000 in the same state. Although, in fairness to the Veep, Ryan spoke at two events: one with a crowd of 10,000 and the other with a crowd of 4,700.
Still, Ryan's low crowd numbers were about 7 times the amount of Biden's crowd.
Interestingly enough, the difference between the attendance at Biden's rally and Ryan's two rallies is about the same amount by which President Obama carried the state in 2008.
We don't think he'll be carrying North Carolina this time.
