Shock: Judge Who Wanted To Recall Walker Blocks Wisconsin Voter ID Law July 19, 2012

Yes, the left-wing politicization of the judiciary continues.

Wisconsin Judge David Flanagan made a temporary injunction against voter ID laws permanent, citing the usual ridiculous argument about how complicated it is for some people (read: voting Democrats) to get photo IDs.

The real reason, of course, is because it would make Democratic vote fraud that much more difficult.

But this story has an interesting twist. Judge David Flanagan signed a petition to recall Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

And of course, Governor Walker is the governor who signed the voter ID law.

Who could have ever assumed that a judge who wanted Scott Walker recalled would block a voter ID law that he signed?

We never saw that one coming.
