Apparently suggesting that Romney is a felon didn't have the desired effect.

We'll see if this holds. We prefer Rasmussen's poll because, unlike other national polling outfits, he uses a sample that represents likely voters.

Over the past twenty days, Rasmussen has had Romney on top 11 times. Obama has been on top only 4 times. They were tied on the other days.
