David Frantz, who has the totally non-bureaucratic title of "Department Of Energy Loan Program Office Acting Executive Director", has gone one the record: That green energy loan program that gave us Solyndra was "an enormous success."
No, really.
Apparently programs that waste over $500 million of American taxpayer dollars during a time of recession are viewed positively by the Obama Administration.
