Heh: Even Harry Reid Doesn't Want To Vote On Obama's Tax Scheme July 11, 2012
How bad is Obama's latest tax scheme?
It's so bad that even left-wing blowhards like Harry Reid don't want to schedule a vote for it.
Today, Senate Disaster Leader Harry "I can't pass a budget" Reid decided that scheduling a vote to raise taxes in an election year might not be such a good idea.
So he rejected the idea when Senator Mitch McConnell suggested it.
Of course, Obama brags about the fact that he is really helping the middle class by extending their tax rates for an entire year.
But apparently even members of his own party (or, more likely, their constituents) see right through that smokescreen and recognize Obama's plan for what it is: a lousy economic policy which raises taxes on small businesses in a recession and will almost certainly end up raising taxes on the middle class after one year.
But we encourage Democrats to continue fighting with each other. We think it's fun to watch.
