It doesn't look like Obama's attempt at lawlessness has given him momentum in the polls.

Over at Gallup, Obama and Romney are still virtually tied, which is where they have been for quite some time, going back to before Obama's dictatorial decree.

And Rasmussen has Romney ahead by 4, with a distinct positive trend for the Republican candidate. Obama's approval stays in the low-to-mid 40s in that poll.

So it looks like Obama will be rolling out Campaign Strategy #576 any day now...
