Lesson learned: Declaring war on capitalism is probably not the best campaign strategy if you want to acquire wealth yourself.

Because apparently liberals don't give liberally.

At least not to the people that they want in office.

To that end, Lady Nancy has opted for some arm-twisting strong encouragement.

So she got her — ahem — leadership team together and did what anyone would do in that situation.

She handed out cards.

And these cards are to be given to rank-and-vile Dems with the intention of promising a certain amount of money by a certain date.

And there are three "flavors" of these cards.

Card 1: "Yes, I will contribute _______ by June 30th."

Card 2: "No, I will not give in June, but I pledge ____ by ____."

Card 3: "No, I am not on the team."

We recommend a fourth card:

Card 4: "I would give you money but I earn a salary by working for a company that was started with funds from private equity. I wouldn't want to taint your money with what you clearly believe to be 'ill-gotten' gain, so I'll just pass."

Or something like that.
