Aw: Occupests Say They're Suffering From Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder June 1, 2012
|
Bless their perverse little hearts.
Apparently defecating on police cars can really cause some serious mental health issues.
The Chicago branch of the Occupest movement, recognizing the inherent dangers in banging drums, smoking pot, and slamming capitalism all day, has released a document entitled "Responding To Trauma In Protests and Mass Mobilizations: Supporting Yourself and Others to Cope with Traumatic Incidents."
We feel trauma just after reading the title.
But in association with that document, the fleabaggers have also released another gem, entitled "Crisis Fact Sheet: 10 Ways To Recognize Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder".
In other words, these self-obsessed morons think that they're going through the same stress points as our brave men and women in Baghdad and Falujah.
One of the symptoms listed is: "Relying increasingly on alcohol or drugs to get through the day."
Clearly some poor Occupest looked at that and came to the immediate conclusion that the whole crowd must be suffering from PTSD.
In response to the false premise that these clowns are actually suffering from a mental disorder that results from anything other than a love of Pol Pot, there is yet another document called "Trauma And Healing", which purports to show how they can recover from their non-existent PTSD.
And, of course, that document takes a shot at our military campaigns:
"In comparison to rape, perpetrating mass murder, or other terrible things, street demonstration is relatively less traumatic — however trauma is very much an individual thing and people can be severely affected [sic] by imprisonment, gassing, beatings by police, betrayal, or even unexpected behavior by comrades or the state..."
