More Good News For GOP: NRCC Raising More Money Than Their Opponents May 18, 2012

Not only are Republicans in good shape to keep the House based on polling data, they're also raising more money than Democrats.

The National Republican Congressional Committee raised $6.9 million in April, half a million more than the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

The NRCC now has $31 million in the bank, which is about $6 million more than the DCCC.

Of course, there is a simple reason for all of this: It is difficult for Democrats to raise money while campaigning against wealth.

Democrats and Republicans have one thing in common: They both need money to win elections.

While falsely complaining that Republicans have declared war on women, Democrats really have declared war on wealth.

They make this clear with their class warfare rhetoric on a daily basis, as well as their support for the "Occupy" movement.

Repeatedly, the Democratic Party makes it clear that they really have a problem with rich people.

Unless, of course, those rich people happen to be Hollywood actors or trial lawyers.

Or come from a rich, elite, liberal family like the Kennedys.

So Democrats are not only preachers of an anti-wealth gospel, they're also hypocrites.

We're pretty sure that's why Democrats can't seem to raise as much money as Republicans.
