Obama Praises Another One Of George W. Bush's Policies May 13, 2012
President Barack Hussein Obama continues to praise the policies of his predecessor, George W. Bush.
He does this while at the same time campaigning against Mitt Romney by warning us that Mitt will take us back to "the failed policies of the previous administration."
Apparently, we're the only ones noticing this.
In an ad that we saw today while watching ABC's This Week With George Stephanopoulos, Barack Obama appears and says: "The decision to intervene in the auto industry was not my idea, but I was convinced it was the right idea."
In fact, the "idea" to bail out the auto industry was in legislation signed by George W. Bush.
So here we have Obama praising a "failed policy" of his predecessor.
Oh, yeah. President Obama also extended the Bush tax cuts.
In so doing, he extended a "failed policy" of the Bush administration.
But remember: If we elect Mitt Romney, he will restore the economic policies of the Bush Administration. And those policies will cause a repeat of the 2008 economic collapse.
But, for some reason, when Obama extends the Bush economic policies, they don't cause a repeat of the 2008 economic collapse.
Apparently, tax cuts only cause economic problems when Republicans sign them into law.
That's the logic of the Obama campaign.
Oh, yeah. Obama also continued the operation of Gitmo, after campaigning against it in 2008.
Another "failed Bush policy" that he has decided to continue.
So while Obama campaigns against Bush, his actions tell a different story.
And remember: Imitiation is the sincerest form of flattery.
